provides AI automation, workflow, customer communication, marketing support,
sales support, productivity, and business process tools for business use.
AI tools can be
useful, but they are not perfect. This disclaimer explains important
limitations and responsibilities related to AI-supported workflows, drafts,
recommendations, and outputs.
AI Supports People. It Does Not Replace Judgment.
AI tools are
designed to assist human users. They should not replace business judgment,
professional judgment, customer relationships, legal advice, financial advice,
medical advice, insurance advice, regulatory review, compliance review, or
common sense.
Important
decisions, customer communications, regulated workflows, public claims,
outreach, and sensitive messages should be reviewed by a qualified human before
use.
AI Outputs May Be Incorrect or Incomplete AI-generated
content, summaries, research, recommendations, responses, classifications, or
workflow outputs may be:
BayBiz AI works
to design practical workflows with human review, but no AI tool should be
treated as perfectly accurate or fully autonomous.
Human Review Is Required Clients are
responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before using,
publishing, sending, or relying on it.
This includes,
but is not limited to:
BayBiz AI may
help create systems that draft, summarize, organize, route, or recommend next
steps, but the client remains responsible for final approval and use.
No Professional Advice BayBiz AI does
not provide legal, financial, medical, insurance, tax, employment, accounting,
regulatory, or other licensed professional advice.
AI-generated
material should not be used as a substitute for advice from qualified
professionals.
For businesses
in regulated or advice-based industries, including legal, healthcare,
insurance, financial services, real estate, and similar fields, workflows,
messaging, data handling, and customer communications should be reviewed for
applicable compliance requirements before use.
Marketing, Outreach, Email, Phone, and SMS Responsibility Clients are
responsible for making sure their use of email, SMS, phone calls, advertising,
outreach, CRM tools, automation platforms, and marketing messages complies with
applicable laws, consent requirements, industry rules, and platform policies.
BayBiz AI may
assist with message drafting, workflow structure, follow-up reminders, or
automation setup. However, the client is responsible for determining whether a
message should be sent, who may receive it, what consent is required, and
whether the communication is appropriate.
Sensitive Information and Customer Data
Do not submit
sensitive customer, medical, legal, financial, password, regulated,
confidential, or highly private information through general website forms or
unsecured communication channels.
If a project
requires sensitive business data, customer data, or regulated information,
BayBiz AI and the client should agree in writing on appropriate handling,
security, access, review, retention, and compliance expectations before that
information is shared or processed.
Third-Party AI and Software Tools BayBiz AI may
use or recommend third-party AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, email
platforms, SMS platforms, scheduling tools, analytics tools, cloud storage, or
other software.
These tools are
governed by their own terms, privacy policies, data practices, security
practices, limitations, pricing, and availability.
BayBiz AI is
not responsible for third-party platform outages, model errors, policy changes,
pricing changes, data practices, or service limitations.
No Guaranteed Business Outcomes BayBiz AI does
not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, lead volume, replies, conversion
rates, appointments, sales, reviews, referrals, traffic, cost savings, or
business results.
AI workflows
can support better consistency, organization, drafting, follow-up, and
operational flow, but actual results depend on many factors outside BayBiz AI's
control, including offer strength, market conditions, customer behavior,
competition, timing, team follow-through, compliance requirements, and the
client's use of the tools.
Responsible Use BayBiz AI does
not support using AI for deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, invasive, spammy,
misleading, or harmful activity.
Clients should
use AI tools responsibly, transparently where appropriate, and with human
review.
